Somatics for Chronic Pain Syndrome

Somatics, short for "Somatic Education", is a rapidly effective movement-training process that:
  • frees you from the muscular grip formed by injury or stress
  • leaves you breathing more easily, pain-free, relaxed, and better coordinated
  • powerfully supports movement rehabilitation
  • gives you the means to keep yourself well and out of therapy
