12-Minute Emergency Back Care

Far from being less effective than manipulation, massage, stretching, traction or inversion, this exercise is more effective. With other methods, back tension and pain return fairly quickly (and sometimes, suddenly) and you remain in delicate condition. With this exercise, back tension and pain progressively diminish, leaving you more and more fit for any activity.

While this exercise may take a few repetitions to get feelable results, done as instructed, the results are cumulative, longer-lasting, and with practice, a convincing demonstration of the effectiveness of somatic exercises for lasting relief from back trouble.
