I recommend this regimen (sequence of exercises) for people who have several of the following symptoms:

  • groin pain that has persisted despite therapy for tight psoas muscles
  • testicular pain or vulvar pain
  • bladder pain
  • deep pain in the pelvis
  • a gripping sensation at the bottom of the abdomen
  • deep pain at the waist in back, on one side
  • pain around the rim of the pelvis
  • pain deep in one hip joint
  • a feeling like a tight wire going down the low back and into the pelvis
  • pain, numbness, or “lightning like” shooting/burning pain at the side or front of the thighs or in the pelvis

The general approach of therapy is to regard the cause of a symptom as being at the location of the symptom. With the symptoms named above, when they occur in combination, that’s not the case. The cause is elsewhere — in this case, from the sacrum being twisted with one sacro-iliac joint being jammed, and sometimes (more rarely) both sacro-iliac joints. The symptoms consist of radiating pain, nerve pain, muscular pain, and unnatural patterns of compression, all of which come from the twisted sacrum.

Addressing symptoms as if their cause is at their location is generally unsuccessful; the successful approach involves correcting the position of the sacrum. Manipulation of the sacrum is a case of “addressing the symptom at its location” and is a limited benefit. Normalizing the muscular and weight-bearing forces that keep the sacrum twisted causes a sacrum to straighten and to resume its healthy mobility. As the sacrum straightens, symptoms decrease and disappear.

I am working through the SI Joint Pain Syndrome
writings and videos, it’s very clear from the check of the
misalignment and self appraisal of twisting that my working side
is my left, very very obvious. Just one session of unlocking
this morning has stopped dead the discomfort, lengthened my back
a great degree, and removed a huge part of the stiffness that I
now can see was there. It’s definitely trauma reflex as well
looking back, from of all things falling a short distance from a
helicopter, and a car crash where I was stationary and saw the
other vehicle coming into me – bags of time for some strong
cringe mapping, got medically sorted out but still walking like
a wounded bird years after – that knocks on over time and really
gets established, less and less easy movement as the body puts
in layers over layers of bad body image.

Today I have been moving about very easily, and
looking forwards to following more of the regimen when back
home. My right IT band feels as if it just isn’t there anymore
now (I know it is, it’s just completely free of tension and
soreness). What a revelation.

I’ll keep you posted, lots more to read and
downloads to take up I’m sure!

All-important: Take what you get with each step and move to the next step. Sometimes, there may be nothing; the procedure works, anyway.


Repeat until dissolved and you’ve lost track of what you were working on – or – you “run out of gas”.(Resume, later, to completion.)


HELPFUL NOTES
“Notice the shape of its intensity.”
When you feel its shape, you’ll notice places within that shape that feel more intense; those are its places of greater intensity. The place of greatest intensity goes most deeply into you to its “control point”


Balancing “It’s true,” and “It’s untrue”
Balancing “It’s true,” and “It’s untrue” makes the release step go more easily. It takes you out of identification with either position, so that you can recognize imagination-in-action. To articulate each word distinctly in your mind helps.


If needed to equalize, “it’s true” and “it’s untrue”, at the step, “Alternate ‘It’s true . . .’ and ‘It’s untrue . . .’ , use the following rhythm, as needed, to equalize them.

[b], [a], [b], [b]

where [a] and [b] stand for
“it’s true” and “it’s untrue”.


Once you’ve done it, you feel how it works and be able to apply the rhythm to equalizing the two. Until you’ve done it, you may feel a “mental log-jam” trying to understand. Choose the easy way; experiment with it.



This procedure, as with all TetraSeed Transformation procedures, is self-revealing/self-instructing. As you practice you may feel impulses to repeat steps or to experiment in other ways. Do that. Learn what it does.
