However, I do expect you to do the program as instructed, in good faith, including participating in a (free) Get a Good Start mentoring session (where offered), before asking for a refund.

To request a refund, you may click the link, below. I will process the refund upon receiving a message, from you, that you have deleted the email, from me, consisting of downloading instructions; any record of download links, downloaded files for the program and/or returned any physical media.

If you requested download instructions by email and didn't seem to receive them, you may have received them in your spam/junk folder.

For downloads, two browsers work: Firefox (available free for Mac and PC) and Microsoft Internet Explorer.

If technical trouble is the reason for your refund request, please click the refund link, below, and describe what you did and what happened. I will work with you on the technical problem so you get what you need.
