REFUND POLICY and STEPS

However, I do expect you to do the program as instructed, in good faith, including

• participating in a (free) Get a Good Start mentoring session (when offered)
• correctly following instructions given in instructional materials and mentoring sessions
• having had one mentoring session, with me, just before requesting a refund, to assure correct performance of action patterns
• having been through the entire program, once
• having completed the current mentoring subscription cycle, if any before asking for a refund.

These conditions governing refunds are to assure that the shortcoming lies with the program, and not with user errors.

An alternate option to having done all of the action patterns of the program at least once is to have had mentoring, with me. If we have determined that you have been doing the action patterns correctly and not gotten the results promised -- or -- that you need a different program, you are eligible for full refund or full credit to be applied toward the correct program equal to the amount paid for the originally purchased program.

If you have not already completed and returned a Functional Assessment form (i.e., if you ordered without a preliminary consultation), click here. That will take you to a page from which to download the form (a PDF file that opens in Adobe Acrobat -- use the Fill&Sign option to type, in it). Scroll to see the words, “FREE, Correct-Purchase Consultation” in the left-hand column of that page.

To request a refund, you may click the link, below. I will process the refund upon receiving a message, from you, that you have deleted

• the email with the downloading instructions;
• any record of download links,
• downloaded files for the program
and/or returned any physical media.

If you requested download instructions by email and didn't seem to receive them, they may have landed in your spam/junk folder.

For downloads, two browsers work: Firefox (available free for Mac and PC); Google Chrome has been unreliable for large downloads, in the past.

If technical trouble is the reason for your refund request, please click the refund link, below, and describe what you did and what happened. I will work with you on the technical problem so you get what you need.
